My first project was to design a range of political stickers to dress the street scenes. In Lockwood's world conspiracy theories abound, so we wanted to show a range of interest groups from concerned parents, to ghost sceptics to ghost sympathisers. We also wanted to use a range of techniques from hand drawn parcel stickers, to commercially designed prints
I also designed some 80s/90s style band posters, offering a few different print styles for each - original full colour, photocopy on coloured paper and black and white photocopy - to give the dressers some flexibility
Finally I put together some cassette inserts, working with stock images selected by the graphics team

Lockwood & Co. (TV Series, 2021)

I just contributed a few bits and bobs to this adaptation of Jonathan Stroud's YA novels for Netflix. The really interesting part of this project was the idea that - due to the ghost problem affecting this alternative timeline - technology has stalled at late 80s, early 90s levels. So even though it was set in the present day, the aesthetic was very DIY, scrappy and handmade, which obviously was right up my street!
