Untitled (08) People's Choice Prize winner at Open 08', Wolverhampton Art Gallery. The piece is a doll’s house with telescopes built into each side through which interiors can be glimpsed, losing any reference to scale so that you could be looking at full-scale Edwardian rooms.
Each room appears to have a normal setting until the viewer reaches the basement area. Here the scene hints that a bloody murder has taken place in the lowest level of the house.
