Nitty Gritty - 4 Color Advertisement for the Nitty Gritty Restaurant.
The challenge was to reflect the energetic atmosphere of this campus family restaurant/bar while featuring their famous "Gritty Burger".
Porta Bella / Paisan's - 4 Color Advertisement for Porta Bella and Paisan's Restaurants.
The challenge was to include both restaurants in a small ad. The restaurants' iconic porthole wall and lamp posts were included in the ad, created to instill a romantic, old-world Italy feel. I created the concept and all photographs.
Gino's - 4 Color Advertisement for Gino's Restaurant.
The ad originally in use was a grayscale ad featuring an entire place setting. I isolated the pizza creating a more appetizing appeal.
Josie's - 2 Color Advertisement for Josie's Spaghetti House.
The restaurant had a very classic, art deco feel that I tried to capture in the ad.
Wingra - 2 Color Advertisement for Wingra.
The ad utilizes Wingra's well-known and easily identifiable cement trucks.
Mendota Gridiron - 4 Color Advertisement for Mendota Gridiron.
I developed the concept and did the photography for this ad. The challenge was breaking up a text-heavy request from the advertiser.
