Project for a new residential development including
different housing typologies of various
sizes. The aim of the project was to try to gain
quality in each space inside the apartments.
Located in a difficult area of the city of Bucaramanga,
the objective was create a space that would allow
greater interaction of its population and promote
an everyday use of space that belongs to them.
There are three typologies according to the
needs of the families. The difference between
them are the rooms, each product has the
same social areas but the private area has
the option between one or two rooms.
