This housing development is located in a residential
area in Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia.
The bright red color of the building
leaps out from its much less vibrant surroundings,
and the facility features a 33-story tower.
The apartments were designed with consideration
given to both modernity and the comfort of
residents. Spinosa residential building is made up
of a large number of units. On the ground floor,
the parking space, lobby, and a commercial store
for rent are located. On the next four floors are located
the parking spaces. The sixth floor is where
all the social areas are, such a daycare space,
gym, rooms for study, recreational activities, between
others. The apartments are located from
7th floor to 33th floor, 5 typologies for each story.
