sTaTion (compact workstation)

Living in an urban area has its share of advantages: proximity to downtown and its amenities. In Canada, the population is continually on the increase and mainly in metropolitan areas. City dwellers must optimize their spaces in order to maximize the space in their homes, that hover around 400 to 600 square feet.

The compact workstation is a multifunctional piece of furniture and makes inhabiting these smaller spaces more manageable and agreeable. It is designed specifically to suit small residential dwellings while meeting their multiple needs. In its closed state, it is a 2 sided library, accessible on all sides. In a few seconds, one can deploy the table and have a full sized desk to work on.

The compact workstation is sleek, contemporary, modern and adapts well to the multiple needs of the user, whether it be an occasional user or a workaholic who needs the option to stow away a table when more space is needed.
