Street food
During a project for the Olympic Games of Sochi in partnership with Nestlé, I created in a group, a soup street food stand. Our soup module, inspired by the cable car, proposes diffent kinds of soup prepared with mashed vegetables warmed to room temperature. This meal is adapted to the event because it’s a hot meal which permits to gather different nationalities and create friendliness.
