I believe the best way to predict the future is to create it. And so, that's how I work. That's how I've been working for the past 20 years.

I'm a multi-skilled designer. Art direction. User Experience. Customer Experience. User Interface. Interaction Design. Prototyping, and Workflows.

And also a multi-experienced designer. I've been managing and tutoring teams all across Brazil, several Latin American countries, Lebanon, Germany, Belarus, and Silicon Valley, where I spent four great years building up a start-up from scratch.

  Leading the development and co-creation of the first digital design team for Latin America. Building and instrumentalizing the design process for business transformation experiences, especially for large executive projects in LAD, creating all the design processes involving customer journeys and MVPs for all types of industry, and also being responsible for the technology development department in the Customer Innovation Center for all of Latin America.
  
  Responsible for creating the first immersive experience ever made globally by Oracle using Virtual Reality with ERP modules and also the first mesh app concept already made globally using all Oracle solutions in a single place, especially for the retail 4.0 industry.
  
  Direct contact with the sales team, customers, startups, partners and other international innovation hubs, presenting solutions and MVPs for different types of industries such as retail, healthcare, education, banking, mobility, utilities, telco and significant contact with Artificial Intelligence, IoT tools, ERP, CRM, SCM, CPG, HCM, and EPM.
