The objectives for this project were:
-To increase the number of Monthly Pass users who activate their eTools accounts and increase retention by creating an Activation Landing Page and making it accessible from the Log In Page.
-To reduce the length and volume of Customer Service calls by providing easy-to-find and easy-to-follow
detailed information.
