located on Park street surrounded by
landmarks such as South Melbourn Market and Albert Park.
They are specialized for KAISEKI Bento which is Japanese traditional multi-course cuisine. It composes set menu of select food served on an individual tray.
I aim to create
welcoming space with concept of “cloud” which is mass of small liquid droplets as if Kaiseki Bento is mass of small detailed food.
