Marisa Jackson

This book traces the history of the Maidment family from the time they settled in New Zealand in 1913 to the present. Marisa cleaned up and sepia-toned over 200 old photos that were sent to her from numerous relatives of the author. She had to stylize and label points on numerous maps, and designed a series of genealogical charts for each chapter opener. The book contained a large number of footnotes that were compiled at the end along with a list of songs and video recordings. This project required alot of organization, concentration, and dedication, but the client's joy at seeing the final product made all the hard work well worth it.
