Product Statement Although dairy produce provides a comparatively good wage, small scale dairy farmers in Uganda will lose more than half of their output every night due to lack of capital and poor storage facilities. This product was designed to utilize excess resources available in Ireland (i.e. refrigerators and producer recycling fund) and Uganda (highly skilled, low cost tradesmen and milk) to help small scale Ugandan dairy farmer to increase their living standards.

After working in Uganda for 2 months in summer 2008 and seeing the poverty but also (and most importantly) the resourceful, clever and remarkably skilled attributes of Uganda. The idea behind this project was to solve an Irish and a Ugandan problem and could provide jobs on both sides.
