This was our first Interior Design III project.
The task was to design a space for Corporate offices and Residential Spaces inside an existing two story building.
The goal was to come up with a concept based on a word that described ourselves (Calm) and work around the existing structure of the building to develop it. I came up with the idea to design the headquarters for a Wellness Center on the first floor and the Residential spaces on the second. Space planning, interior design but most importantly finding a way to accommodate both a Residential and Commercial spaces was the challenge.
