This is an example of the JFTM project. As a reading version, client can easily read the key information which either in bold text or be visualized, and detailed read the explanations which are in small font. Phase 1. Feel Interesting To give audiences a good First Impression, show them market analysis. There shouldn't be a lot of text but visualized data.
Phase 2. Be Attracted
Phase 3. Feel Exciting!
For presentations, I not only design the slides but also make the presenting strategy. I did many presentations to clients, and I used to be a "client", so I understand what can captivate them. Audiences of a presentation have similar psychology with audiences of a show. This understanding helps me to make decisions of information allocation and time distribution.
