Lean UX research and design
At a large tech company I spearheaded and evolved a Lean UX model, focusing on customization of research and design to the Agile sprint cycles within my department. True to Lean UX best practices, few deliverables were created. Instead I collected design recommendations in a single Axure document, sharing my live wireframes during iteration/design collaborative meetings. Next I updated design recommendations and reported screenshots with bullet lists into Jira tickets.
