At Franciscan Heath, initiated, developed, organized and implemented a nursing newsletter distributed to 2,000 nurses. This included supervising quarterly content meetings, writing articles and serving as project manager for the entire quarterly publication. A nursing survey showed 90 percent rated the newsletter excellent for being informative and easy-to-read.
At Franciscan Health, composed and secured publishing of a palliative care article in a national nursing journal with readership of more than 25,000, which helped establish the hospital as a palliative care expert.

Led provider/member communication team efforts for MDwise Hoosier Alliance, an AmeriHealth Caritas Company, a healthcare network within MDwise. Collaborated with case management, network management and quality teams to create all well-child, and well-woman diabetes, heart and behavioral health branded communication materials for members and providers.
As part of a national campaign, "Every Day Matters, " collaborated with other lines of business, to craft and launch goals, objectives, strategies and tactics to target chronically ill members and their providers in successful campaign that improved the preventive readmissions rate by 39 percent in Indiana.
Researched, created content, designed, edited, printed and distributed online and print collateral for more than 8,000 physicians and 145,000 members.
