Installation - homesite
At our homesite, I have a continuous project which involves circular passive structures, molded over time, using contractor's cloth, formed into a 6 foot circle, leaves, grass and small brush, slowly added over a year. After a year, I remove the contractor's cloth form, and dig out the center, creating a small circle into which a person may climb, to experience the year of sedimentation which has occurred. It delivers a time experience which is unique to architecture built over time, and the land which grows itself at the bottom of a forest.
