Motorstorm: Apocalypse was the forth title in the Motorstorm series (following Motorstorm: Arctic Edge on the PlayStation Portable) . I was brought on to help out in 2010 and worked remotely as an environment artist. Motorstorm: Apocalypse sought to bring even more chaos and destruction to the franchise and set the scene for the game in the midst of a cataclysmic earthquake. I was responsible for creating and animating a wide variety of content including buildings, roadside objects and dynamic roads. Sadly the main environment I worked on was eventually canned due to parallels with a real-life earthquake that occurred during development. Thankfully I was still able to contribute to other environments in the game such as Mainline Station (some examples of that content are shown here).
