This was the concept for the bench that went under the table, the holes in the base allow it to drain water from the seat so it is always dry
this is a single seat concept for our self draining table.
This is an under view for the single seat that goes with the table, it has the same drainage holes to allow water to go through it.
this is the close of of the pattern that allows the water to go through the table and chairs in order to keep them dry.

Self Draining Table
This was the first project i did in my Product Design degree. We were initally in a group of first and second year product designers, after selecting our idea and presenting it we were split up into our respective year groups, this was the product of the mine and 4 other 1st years designs. I made all of the Solidworks models for the project and helped plan the presentation boards.
