Market Research- Uniqlo

This was the final Course Project for MK 332 Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods.

This project was a semester long group project of 5 students. The assignment was to choose a client that did not have a presence in the Boston market and create an extensive research report to decide If our client should, or should not expand into the Boston area.

Our report starts with industry, market , company and competitive research. We then created a survey and preformed a focus group to participants of the target market for Uniqlo. We then analyzed our data and concluded that Unqilo should not expand to the Boston market. (Unfortunate I know, Uniqlo is awesome)
