My Cup of Tea Informational Brochure - An informational booklet seeking to educate tea drinkers about the variety of options available from the company My Cup of Tea. The theme of my brochure is Ancient China because it is where tea theoretically originated. The colors, images, and calligraphic type relax and warm the reader, while transporting them to foreign places.

Green Packaging and Symbol System - A cell phone package design and brand marketing system designed to reflect the concept of energy efficiency and green design. This process included product name selection, design and application of a product logo, energy efficient logos, and packaging form explorations. This cell phone charges itself by twirling around on a finger. “Vortice” is Italian for “whirl.” My logo represents both the motion made when charging and the idea of recycling energy.

Travel Egypt Symbol and Color Study - A poster and symbol generated to express the culture of Egypt. I chose to research the history and significance of scarabs. Only five colors, in addition to white, were allowed to be utilized. We first chose a gray, and then found four colors of the same tone to accompany it; one warm and three cool.

Johnny Depp Multimedia Illustration - A drawing to practice modeling a face. First the major outlines of the person were traced and applied to paper. Color was then added in four layers: brown colored pencil, followed by large shapes of acrylic paint, a layer of purple oil paint wash, then finishing with a layer of detailed colored pencil.

Starbucks Floorstand Display Header - Signage for Starbucks grocery displays marketed towards customers waiting in line at the deli or bakery. The graphic circle hangs from the ceiling above the display. Promoting Starbucks bagged coffee grounds to brew at home.

Puffs Winter Holiday Graphic Sleeves - Plastic sleeves that fit around tissue boxes. Designed for flexo printing, requiring limited color usage and simple graphics in order to attract the broad demographic of the desired retail customer.

Brioschi Product Display - Form variation displays for Brioschi antacid. This first graphic system was to be based on the bottle design and the current branding. I worked cohesively with two structural designers and with the clients.

Brioschi Hipster Display - Form variation displays for Brioschi antacid. This second "hipster" graphic system was to be marketed towards people in their thirties with stomach issues. A lifestyle photograph of people exhibiting relief was to be included. I utilized a photoshop brush technique to mimic the bubbles of the previous system in order to tie them together.
