With a plan for a new high end residential development in place, Sycamore Park Estates at Blackstone was in need of a brand identity, collateral, and a microsite to create awareness before construction began. This project was unique in that it was designed around one of the oldest sycamore trees in the state, so that needed to be represented in the identity.
