The Shirt 2001 - Designed under the requirements of the University of Notre Dame, The Shirt is a student run fundraiser whose proceeds go to scholarships and financial aid for Notre Dame undergrads. The Shirt is traditionally worn by the entire student body at every home game and is the official Notre Dame football shirt for each season. This design features quotes from the school fight song as well as words attributed to the legendary George Gipp in a famous speech given by coach Knute Rockne.
New York City Peace Project - The Student Peace Poster Project involved the events of Sept 11th. The project required the poster to be a flat color image with no halftones, four-color images, or screens. The image above incorporates the missing Trade Towers with the white stripes of the US flag which symbolize peace. Despite the towers' absence, the American dream still exists, and peace stands in their place. At the time, efforts were being made to increase tourism to New York, to reassure Americans of the city's safety.
Symbol System - The goal of this student project was "to develop a mark that fits into an existing symbol system, to understand the role of symbol systems and the process of developing any kind of simplified mark." The project required students to choose an animal that was not in the existing symbol system, specifically the Washington National Zoo system. Featured above is the Washington National Zoo system and the symbol of a Mexican-Freetailed bat.

ADInk Airport Packet Project - This is an example of a project I worked on for ADInk. It is a gift packet for the airport's new shopping and dinning center. The packet was very well received and earned a first place award for excellence in marketing and communications from the Airports Council International(ACI)
This is a mockup of a proposed website for the New Mexico Office of Border Health. The site could be read in either English or Spanish and featured updated information on the different programs offered by the Office of Border Health. I designed and created this website on my own using html, css, and javascript. I also helped to redesign some of the logos featured throughout the website.
Back to School Poster - This poster was done through the New Mexico Office of Border Health. We worked together with Families & Youth Inc. to advertise the Back to School Rally. The Office of Border Health requires most of my projects to be done in both English and Spanish, which means I often have to design the same piece twice.
St. John the Baptist Logo - This Logo was done in 2006 for St. John the Baptist Church in Quincy Mass.
This project was done for Campus Life at the Academy of Art University. It was a day planner to be given to new students during orientation. The book featured information on all the administrative departments as well as the different degree programs that the school offered. At the end of the book was a personal calendar for use by the student.
I created a variety of promotional materials and pledge cards for the New Mexico Office of Border Health's Binational Red Ribbon Rally, a rally for young people to embrace a drug free lifestyle.
