A finalist in the first George Kovacs annual lighting competition, this lamp draws attention to the ephemeral nature of light by using the softness of of washi paper in a form that suggests laundry drying in the wind. Kovacs created lights that were meant to illuminate small areas, creating small spots of warmth. This lamp adds quiet drama to the center of his little spots.
