ASAP is a migraine management system containing four components, a guide, a checklist, a calendar, and a journal. These petite booklets are contained in a small slip case allowing for portability and storage. Each piece uses interactive elements such as stickers, fill in the blanks, and check boxes to encourage adolescents from age ten to eighteen to fully engage in the process. As they use the system, they will discover how to reduce the frequency of headaches allowing more time to spend enjoying their lives.
