Oakley Scuba Mask Packaging - This was a collaborated project with the industrial design majors at CSULB. The industrial designer created a mask that looked like an exoskeleton so I used that theme in the logo and packaging. The logo looks like an atom and the x's on the sides are used to create a base.
Student Project With Oakley - CSULB
Oakley Scuba Mask Packaging - This was another collaborated project with the industrial design majors at CSULB. The industrial designer created a mask that would let a human essentially exist in water thus creating the morph. I wanted to continue this theme in the packaging by using the Oakley O symbol as a window to the life inside. I created this effect by playing with the colors making the outside dull and the inside colorful.
Student Project With Oakley - CSULB
Darkstone Packaging - Darkstone, a Diablo clone, is about a hero going on a quest to kill an evil dragon that has turned villagers into stone. I decided to use this storyline in my design of the packaging where the type is glowing red and full of life but is in the process of being turned into stone. I then followed it up with an illustrative design of the dragon in a seal like fashion and creating an old book look.
