Workplace
The social democratic perspective puts the welfare of the workers as its highest priority, before profits. Hence, I aim to design a space in which the users are able to work in a comfortable environment.
The concept is inspired by the collaborative process between the sales and marketing staff. The design aims to provide spaces for frequent meetings which are open for all to see to breed healthy competition.
Thus, discussion spaces are interlocking with the general office and intersects the circulation path to increase visibility of such meetings.
