LocusForm - LocusForm is a large-scale 3D printer developed especially for use in the New Zealand film industry. It uses an innovative combination of 3D tracking software, developed for the US military, and Wellington Drive Motors technology. It is hand-held, meaning it can be conveniently stored and easily transported. It is small enough to be used indoors, or can be taken outdoors and used on the film site. LocusForm uses biodegradable starch-based foam for its build material.
