This was my candidate's first run for a major office so it was important to establish her pertinent experience and introduce her to the broader public.

This was an open seat, attracting several candidates from outside the district. We emphasized our candidates existing ties to the community and the opportunism of her opponents.
The client was a candidate for NC Senate. I designed the campaign logo and adapted it for various uses including signage, car magnets, invitations, and stationery.

I was approached by the party chairman to redesign the logo for the state party. Party officials were unable to reach consensus on a new direction; some of my favorite designs are shown at the bottom of the page. Charlotte hosted the national convention in 2012 and I designed the convention badges for the state.

This was a very short project - about four weeks. I used the stylized "Q" as the starting point for the logo.
This candidate for county commissioner was a last minute candidate following the resignation of a sitting commissioner. The short lead time and the specifics of a write-in campaign drove the simplicity of the design and the emphasis on the mechanics of a write-in ballot.
