Southern Beau

Overview:
This collection came out of inspiration from my hometown in Virginia and my heritage. The looks in this collection seem like a wardrobe for a man who enjoys what I call “Worker Dandy” Its a take on the Southern Dandy look. He seems to both dress up work clothes and dress down suiting in a fun way.

Silhouette/Details:
This collection has a lot of layering in interesting ways. Also worker overalls play a big part. Overalls and a 5 button waistcoat; a V-neck sweater, bow-tie and denim vest; cross breeds like the vest reminiscent of overalls or overalls to look like a vest and slacks of a 3 piece suit.

Fabrics:
The fabrics come from standard Fall/Winter tailoring such as textured wools and heavy cotton shirtings. Also some common blue collar uniform fabrics like denim and twills.

Colors:
The color inspiration comes from scenes back home on the James River in the Fall. Autumnal leaves and the crisp sky create the story
