“Because we always want the last tortilla”
Going on the side of the Mexican tradition of tortilla is our unconscious preference for the last one the pile.
This generates that tortillas are always on disorder and as a consequence, to break. As a solution, this “tortillero” looks forward to transform the last tortilla into the first one by being a reversible “tortillero”.
