This ad was one element in a new brand strategy that leveraged 60 years of experience with a completely new business model for a 60 year old wholesale pet supply company. A “bridge” concept was developed that would help propel the company forward by acknowledging the mistakes and promises made in the past using humble messaging sprinkled with humor and a graphic vocabulary influenced by the pet industry.
This ad was a very successful campaign for an eco-friendly print technology for Mitsubishi Imaging. "Print. Profit. Preserve." was so successful that it was eventually incorporated into the company's general marketing outreach.
