Studapp is an android application designed for IITG student community.
The process started with need finding. An online survey was conducted among 60 people from different disciplines inquiring about requiremts. On the basis of it a persona was created which acted as a reference for the further design process. 6 utilities were selected- webmail, newsgroup, mess menu, bus timings, academic calendar and telephone directory. These were the most common requirements.
A complete functional prototype was made on Balsmiq, it was tested on various android devices. Once the testing was complete wireframes of the prototype were made.
The Design process of the application is complete and is now in development phase.
