Here's an example of a Persona defined for the Test Center Proctor. The proctor registers students, begins the testing process and monitors testing activity in the Community College Test Centers.

A persona is a fictional character that is modeled after real users. Here's an example persona of a Student. Two million students take the Compass Test every year. I interviewed students before and after their test taking experience to better understand their experience.
Here's a picture of one of the Community College Test Center Proctors at the registration desk. Displayed are the calculator cases used during the math skills assessment test. Drivers licenses used to validate student identities are also shown in the picture. The field research provided the design and product development team a foundation of understanding to build the next generation of the Compass testing product.

I led and facilitated a participatory task analysis workshop with Compass product sales representatives and product management. The workshop provided insights on the overall Testing, Delivery, and Installation process with customers. Current pain points and ways to improve the process were identified. The results of the workshop informed the product definition and design process.
