This image shows a roadmap of the Bellcore Bridge - User Centered Design workshop activities. The methods I learned at Bellcore have proved invaluable. I have been using them throughout my entire career. The ability to facilitate group workshops with users and enable them to openly contribute ideas, walk through their processes together, identify issues and enhancement ideas has proved a powerful way to elicit change.
