Bent - Top - Box
The idea of building just a box for wood class just seemed to boring. I needed some way of making it more interesting and challenging to me. Seeing a special on How Its Made for making wood boomerangs out of steamed wood appealed to me. I decided to incorporate that production method in my box somehow. The application of the bent top to the box was troublesome. Over the course of a week it continued to deform and warp. I decided to raise the top away from the box frame to allow it to warp without affecting the final product intent.
