Three Dots and a Dash Aloha Print
Three Dots and a Dash, a Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants tiki-inspired cocktail bar, got tired of having their employees outfitted in a myriad of Hawaiian prints. I developed for them a pattern all their own from scratch using colors inspired by their cocktails. Originally a classic bright aloha style print, I took another look at the interior, which reminded me less of a sunny beach and more of a muggy, romantic tropical night. I tweaked the design to be leafier, with deep, rich magenta and a midnight base color to reflect the mood aesthetically.
