Chicago Black Renaissance Flyer - This is a promotional invite for a play that would portray the Black Renaissance Chicago style. I chose fonts and images of that time. I wanted this piece to look, classy, artistic and regal. The client was very happy with the final design and the turn out was great as well. This is one of my favorite pieces.

A Raisin in the Sun flyer - This piece, a promotional invite, is self explanatory. The client wanted something that spoke of the original story so I chose to depict the characters based on how they were described and I wanted the shadows to represent who each character was so I tried to make a distinction between them all. I also chose colors that show warmth, love, prosperity and strength which is what this story is about.

Seventies Party teaser - This was a teaser for a monthly after work party and the theme for this particular date was "70's' so my design, is funky and bright using contemporary style while incorporating the mood of the decade.
G.O.A Event Invitation/mailer - A invitation/direct mailer for The Gift of Adoption Organization. The theme is a cocktail party. The client wanted colors that were similar to that of the sponsor's logo so I chose an image that is obviously related to the event, although it's a family organization I wanted the invite to represent the event; something mature, elegant, and tasteful.
