Homestyler Floor Planner
Homestyler Floor Planner is a HTML5/WebGL based application which unleashes interior designer’s creativity by synergizing the end-to-end process, from concept to construction.
I was the UX founder for this project, the very single designer at the beginning. As the team grew, I became design lead for 6 UX designers and 2 visual designers.
My responsibilities include:
- Defining product architecture and roadmap
- Managing design resources
- Collaborating with scrum maters to define design schedule
- Acting as the design contact with client to explore and define requirements and review design proposals
