Indoor Gardening Tools - The goal of this project was to develop form and function through the use of symbolic references. I created a set of three gardening hand tools by drawing inspiration of form and function from the rollie pollie (pill bug) and dandelion seeds.
Rollie Pollie:
Size: helped me establish over all size
Ribbed outer shell: inspired ribbed bellies of the tools
Round organic shape: helped with the handle
Dandelion Seed:
Inspired by the beautiful simplicity and weightlessness it exude
