Naomi modeled newly developed blocks and buildings, including retail and residential, and populated the animation with people to show activity in the area. Lighting changes from day to night gave a dynamic feel. The Denny Triangle development includes nearly 13 acres (5.2 hectares) of prime real estate, developed by Clise Properties, Inc.
