WOODFORDIA PERFORMERS PRECINCT: External & Internal Panel Systems
Client: Woodfordia
Year: 2012
This was a 3rd year group project for Collaborative Design. The aim of this project was to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team of architects, interior, landscape and industrial designers to come up with a design proposal of cabins in which performers at the annual Woodfordia music festival would reside.
Contributing from the industrial design perspective, my role was naturally overseeing the functionality, user-centredness and adaptability of the design. Working closely with my fellow collaborators, I was charged with the design of the external wall panel system and interior floor panel system that served as adaptable facades and furniture of the cabin.
Another role I carried out was being the graphic designer of the team.
