In this project I was responsible for creating three concepts for the renovation of a corporate office Conference Room and Cafe. Scope included replacing tackable cork wall panels that ran the main corridor of the office. The existing Barcelona chairs in Reception were to remain, gallery display options were to be considered, and one option was to include polished concrete floors in the Conference Room. Together I worked with our in house Graphics team to create this material - The Graphics team created the SketchUp renderings with concept, finish and furnishings decisions made by myself. Scheme One was chosen as the favorite and further developed into construction documents. This included coordination of an engineered wood floor with carpet tile inlay. I worked with Peabody Office to provide BioMed with Cafe furniture options, replacing the existing tables and chairs with a single table for more collaborative 'family style' seating.
