Universal Music approached Brightcove with the concept of a "Hulu for music videos", uniting online content from the major music labels under one brand. To kickstart this project, they engaged with the Brightcove Consulting team to create a functional prototype.
Collaborating with Universal's demanding management team and working within an aggressive three month timeframe, I led the development of the Vevo brand, user experience, and visual design.
