Packaging Design is a course that develops an understanding of how packaging functions within human experience. Students explore aspects of packaging in how it: [1] holds (functions as a container for what it contains), [2] preserves (sustains the properties of whats inside; material of the container), [3] protects (prevents detrimental interactions with the exterior environment), [4] informs (communicates) and [5] promotes (sells).
