Sustainability Strategies
Vernacular Architecture from Bermudia - One of the main goals of the team was to keep the overall look of the resort very close to the traditional Bermudian Architecture and Urban layout. The local construction techniques are naturally sustainable: the roofs shape reflects both a collecting water system and a way to capture warm air during the summer.
