This project explores, utilises and employs New Product Development (NPD) tools. This document primarily focuses on the following tools: Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Product Function Analysis, Function Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Value Analysis. These tools are directed towards a range of popular branded Earphones (Beats, Apple, and Phillips).
