Symbiosis Gathering 2016 -- Set in Northern California.. A Collaboration between NITTIHAUS x Metatron Tribe, We designed and built a Balinesian inspired shade/chill/interactive sculpture. These were positioned offshore in just less and meter of water, attendees would relax on keep cool on these while listening to music from the main stage. We also wanted to capture the sun set so we positioned the installation so that our center structure catches the sun on center of the crescent moon top piece. All wood was sustainably sourced from Shasta nation forest. Pipe was bent in Redding, CA at Emerald Kingdom Greenhouse. Fabric was sewn and sourced in Portugal.
