• Provided end-to-end UX design support for a high-priority, fast-paced federal initiative to modernize the IRS Child Tax Credit Update Portal (CTCUP).
• Led efforts to enhance the portal’s usability and visual design by applying user research, usability data, and best practices in modern web design.
• Created responsive design solutions for both desktop and mobile platforms using Sketch and InVision, enabling stakeholders to visualize user flows and design variations effectively.
• Delivered iterative prototypes to facilitate rapid feedback and alignment with client goals and user needs.
• Contributed to a successful launch that improved the user experience for millions of families, ultimately earning the 2022 Service to Citizen Award.
