Hero’s Yoga - a Children’s Yoga Koncept
Designing a yoga based play koncept that appeals to 3-7 year old boys, to make it fun and exciting to practise various disciplines from children’s yoga. The aim is to balance the child emotionally, physically and mentally and stimulate their creativity, social and emotional intelligence and trust in their own ability to make a difference in the world.
The koncept must be easily learned by the adult leading the children in the hero’s yoga classs.
